After annealing and stress-relieving heat treatment, it is assembled into a complete circle and processed on a vertical lathe to the designed shape and size. Finally, it is transported to the construction site, and several arcs are combined. Welded into a complete reducing weld neck flange, and then assembled with the pressure vessel.
